摘要
本文简要论述了东北近代机车车辆技术的发展过程及机车车辆工厂和研究所的发展概况,并就这段历史提出了作者的几点看法。
Locomotives and rolling stock form a key part of the technology of railroad transportation. This paper discusses briefly the modern technograph of locomotives and rolling stock in Northeast China, introduces the development of their works and research institutes, and tries to give the author's comments on their history.
