This article,in which an account of Feng Xiu's life is given,dealswith his work Diagrams about Experimenting on Regional Field withExplanatory Notes in three sections:(1)Arrangement of field;(2)Technology of planting;(3)Management of field.It also assesses indetail the work's value in science and as material for economic history.
