应激性溃疡对大鼠外周血中WBC、BPC的影响

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound on White Blood Cell and Blood Platelet Count in the Circular Blood of Rats Suffered from Stress Ulcer

在大鼠应激性胃溃疡中,外周血液中白细胞量增高、血小板数下降。在应激前腹腔注射复方丹参5mg/kg,应激后胃溃疡出血程度明显减轻,白细胞教下降(P＜0.01),血小板数增加(P＜0.01),说明复方丹参具有保护大鼠胃粘膜免受应激刺激的损伤。

After rats were suffered from stress ulcer, the white blood cell count was increased and blood platelet count decreased. These changes were reversed by Salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection. The above results suggest that Salvia miltiorrhiza compound has a preventfive role against stress ulcer.
