摘要
从背景干扰与分析谱线统计不相关出发,将信号处理技术中的自适应噪声抵消模型用于校正ICP-AES中的背景干扰。模拟和实测结果表明光谱背景自适应抵消方法是可行的、有效的。
According to the theory that background interference data are uncorrelated statistically withspectral line data to be analyzed, this paper tries to apply adaptive noise cancelling model in signal processing technique to the correction of ICP-AES background interference, Results of beth analogical andpractical experiments indicate feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
