摘要
本文介绍了近年来广泛使用的K系列集成触发电路KJ009的工作原理,以及由KJ009组成的单相集成触发电路,三相集成触发电路.近年来,各类变流装置的晶闸管触发电路广泛采用集成触发电路来替代分立元件的触发电路.具有可靠性高,技术性能好,体积小,功耗低等优点.本文中以目前使用最为广泛的KJ009及KJ0041为芯片组成的集成触发电路实验装置,将有助于学生学习和掌握这方面的知识.
In this study, we introduced the work's principle on flip- flop integrated circuit with crystal thyratron KJ009 that had been wide- sprcadly used recent years, also introduced one-phase flip-flop integrated circuit and thrcephase flip-flop integrated circuit that consists of KJ009Recent years, kind of converter with flip-flop circuit of crystal thyratron that widc-sprcadly used flip-flop integrated circuit instead of flip- flop circuit with discrete componcnt.It has a good many of merits, lik as high reliability, the good at technical qualities, small volume, the low of power consumption etc. In this study, we made KJ009 and KJ041 that widc-sprcadly use by us at present to serve as the chip consists of experiment's device with flip-flop integrated circuit. The all shall be helpful to study and to grasp knowledge in this respect for students.
