摘要 本文报道大豆浸出混合油的超声波特性研究,通过一套由PC286微机控制的高精度超声波测量仪,精密地测定了浓度为0%~30%,温度为30℃~60℃的大豆浸出混合油中超声波的传播时间,计算了超声波的传播时间,温度和浓度的相互关系,为浸出混合油浓度的超声波在线检测提供了依据。 This paper described the ultrasonic wave properties research of mixed soybean oil. A high precise ultrasonic wave instrument controlled by a personal computer (Model PC-286)has been used to precisely measure the ultrasonic wave flighttime under the conditions of concentration from 0% to 30% and temperature from 30 to 60 degree centigrade. The paper also calculated the expressions between ultrasonic wave flight-time, temperature and concentration of mixed soybean oil. The foundation has been provided for the on-line concentration measurement of mixed soybean oil by ultrasonic wave method.
