摘要
本文对脂类的空气氧化,尤其是脂类的自动氧化作了全面、系统、深入的研究和讨论。对金属的催化氧化机制提出了本作者的一些见解。
This paper studied the atmospheric oxidation, especially autoxidation of lipids, and (gived) some viewpoint about the oxidation mechanism of metals.
