摘要
用大约克♀×杜洛克♂→F_1177头仔猪,在同一基础配方和营养水平的基础上,分别用4%葡萄糖和0%乳清粉(T_1组)、0%葡萄糖和4%乳清粉(T_2组)、2%葡萄糖和2%乳清粉(T_3组)和泰国正大“311”(据其公开配方含乳清粉5%)为对照组(T_4组),进行葡萄糖梯度并对乳清粉替代试验。结果:4日龄采食,消化正常。35日龄断奶,个体重T_1组9.93kg±0.26,比T_4组增多0.43kg,达104.53%;T_2组9.12kg±0.23;T_3组9.3kg±0.26,T_4组9.5kg±0.3。60日龄试验结束,个体重T_1组18.85kg±0.31;T_2组20.47kg±0.39;T_3组18.61kg±0.24;T_4组21.03kg±0.54。0~60日龄全期育成率,T_1组100%;比T_4组提高4.65%;T_2组95.96%;T_3组93.75%;T_4组95.35%。饲料价格低于泰国正大“311”的19.14%(T_1组);20%(T_2组);和20%(T_3组)。试验证实,葡萄糖完全可以替代乳清粉。葡萄糖国产资源广阔,从而避免仔猪饲料生产局限依赖进口乳清粉,降低饲料成本19.14%~20%。
A total of 177 piglets of lardrace ♀× Dorac ♂ breed at the age of 4th-day were fed with 4 diets in Jun-Sep. 1991.3 of 4 diets were formulated isocalorically and isonitrogenously with 3 levets of whey and glucose (0% and 4% as T1, 4% and 0% as T2, 2% and 2% as T3) , the other one (the control) is a early wealed piglet diet manufactured by Chai Tai Company Ltd., which is introduced with a inclusion of 5% whey. The experimental piglets were weaned at the age of 35th-day. The live body weights were 9.93±0.26, 9.12±0.23, 9.30±0.26, 9.50±0.30 kg.at weaning, and 18.85±0.31, 20.47±0.39, 18.61±0.24, 21.03±0.54 at the age of 60th-day, respectively for T1,T2,T3 and the control.The feed cost is decreased by 19.14%, 20%, 20% for T1,T2, and T3 compared with the control. Maybe whey is completely replaced by glucose in piglet diets with the same growth performance.
