摘要
本文用逾渗理论方法,研究了非晶材料中电子跳跃电导率σ与分数维d_f之间的关系,并指出在此电子输运过程中,费米能级附近的电子定域态分布有可能呈分形特征。
In this paper, the percolation theory is applied to the study of the relationship between the hopping conductivity σ in non-crystal materials and the fractal dimension d_f. The result is consistent with the experiments. In addition, it is pointed out that the distribution of the localized states of electrons near Fermi levels may have a fractal feature in the electronic hopping process.
