流动注射—连续变化法测定配合物的配比

摘要 将流动注射技术与连续变化法相结合建立了可用于测定配位比的流动注射—连续变化法。将此法应用于测定Fe(Ⅱ)-邻菲罗啉、Fe(Ⅲ)-Tiron和Fe(Ⅲ)-SCN-体系的配比、结果与文献值一致,与传统的连续变化层相比,本法具有适应于测定不稳定配合物配比的优点。 Combining flow injection technique with the continuous variations method a FI-continuous variations method was established to investigate the stoichiometry of complexes. The method was tested for Fe(Ⅱ)-1,10-phenanthroline, Fe(Ⅲ)-Tiron and Fe(Ⅲ)-thiocyanate and results agree with that reported in literature. Compare with the conventional methods this proposed method has the advantage of suitable for unstable complex system.
