摘要
本文提出了一种改进的动态矩阵控制方案:采用等差级数形式的优化控制序列,避免了传统DMC算法中的高维矩阵求逆运算;在此基础上设计了自适应MDMC控制器;改进的DMC算法还成功地应用在水箱装置的液位控制系统中。实际应用结果表明:改进的算法,简化了运算,缩短了计算时间,增强了可靠性,且相应的DMC系统有较好的动态性能和鲁棒性。
In this paper, a modified dynamic matrix control algorithm in which a series of optimal control increments in the form of arithmetical progression is adopted in order to reduce the computational effort of inversion in conventional DMC is presented. On the basis of that, an adaptive dynamic matrix controller is designed. Furthermore, the modified DMC is successfully application on liquid level control system in an experimental equipment. The pratical application results show that the calculation of the modified algorithm is simplfied and the computational times is shortened compared with the conventional DMC. Furthermore, it has a strong robustness to the changes in dead-time, in model-order and in parameters. It also improves properties of the controlled system.
