摘要
目的探讨间隙连接蛋白ｃｏｎｎｅｘｉｎ３２（Ｃｘ３２）在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其意义。方法采用免疫组化ＳＰ法对不同分化程度和不同部位的３２例胃癌进行研究。结果Ｃｘ３２阳性率为２５％，阳性着色者均为低分化腺癌，占低分化腺癌的４７％，与高分化腺癌和中分化腺癌相比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），阳性率在不同部位无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论在胃癌组织中间隙连接蛋白Ｃｘ３２的表达与分化程度相关。
Objective To analyze the expression of connexin32(Cx32) in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between the Cx32 expression and biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma. Method The expression of Cx32 in 32 paraffin embedded human gastric carcinoma was investigated by immunohistochemical SP method. Results It was found that Cx32 expressed in gastric carcinomas with 25% positive rate, and the Cx32 positive carcinomas were all in the poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma group and with a significantly higher positive rate than the other two groups ( P <0 05). But there was no correlation between the Cx32 expression and the localization of the tumors. Conclusions The Cx32 expression in human gastric carcinoma is correlation with the differention of gastric carcinoma.
