儿童寒热性哮喘与过敏源、免疫及微量元素的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨儿童寒性和热性哮喘的发病与免疫功能、微量元素及证的关系。方法:哮喘儿童117例,对照组43例。对哮喘儿童进行中医分型,过敏原皮试,采用全自动分析仪测定免疫功能、微量元素。结果:寒性乌热性两组哮喘儿童过敏原皮试阳性率分别为70.12%及85.71%;两组所查IgG、IgE补体C3、锌、铁、铜、镁、磷无显著差异(P>0.05);两组所查IgE、IgG均高于对gq组(P<0.01);补体C3与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);两组所查锌均低于对照组,而镁。铜、磷都高于对照组,而热喘组铁低于对照组。 To explore the effect Of immune function, trace elements and the syndrome on infantile asthma of cold and heat syndrome (CS and HS). Metheds: 117 children with asthma and 43 cases of control group were enrolled in the study. TCM type and allergen skin tests (AST) were made.Immune function and trace elements were measured by selective chemistry analyser. Results: Thepositive ratio of AST in CS group and in HS group was 70. 12% and 85. 71 % separately. The levelof IgG. IgE. Compiement C3 and elements Zn. Fe. Cu. Mg. P showed no difference statistically(P >0. 05). But the serum IgG and IgE levels in both groups were significantly higher than those incontrol group (P < 0 .01 ). There was no significant difference at the complement C3 between bothgroups and control group (P >0 .05). Whereas the element Zn in both groups were lower than control group, while element Mg. Cu.
