天南星类中药材的PAGE鉴别

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (简称PAGE)技术 ,对天南星类中药材进行鉴别分析结果表明 :三种天南星药材样品的PAGE图谱完全不同 ,可作为天南星类中药材鉴别的一种有效方法。

Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis [PAGE] was used to determine the traditional Chinese medicinal materials of three kinds Arsaema consangumeum Schott.Results Showed that their PAGE bands were always quite distinct,which can be used to assess their quatity and distinguish them from confusable varieties.
