摘要
目的 探讨高血压病管理的临床效果.方法 总结20年来对2736例高血压患者管理的措施和效果,并进行统计学分析.结果 经过进行高血压管理,采取综合措施,管理第一年血压恢复正常者占24.5%,临界高血压占29.9%.第12年高血压者占26.8%,卡方检验P<0.005,差异有显著性.结论 高血压管理进行得越早效果越好,进行管理对高血压病人的恢复,防止出现合并症,提高生活质量帮助极大.
ve To analyse the treatment of hypertention. Methods 2736 cases of hypertention whohave been treated in last 20 years were selected. The data were given the statistic analysis. Results 24. 5% of pa-tients had returned to normal blood pressure after 1 year tratment, 29.9% of the patients were critically hyperten-sive after 12 years treatment. 26. 8% of the patients were still hypertensive after 12 years treatment. ConclusionEarly treatment of hypertension can obtain better therapeutic effects and avoid complications and improve life qual-ity.
