细胞核浆面积比值与肝细胞癌分级关系探讨

目的 探讨肝细胞癌细胞核与细胞浆面积的比值与什细胞分级关系.方法 将238例肝细胞癌用真彩色显微医学图像分析仪测量肝细胞癌各级细胞核与细胞浆平均面积比值.结果 肝细胞癌各级细胞核与细胞浆平均面积的比值有显著差异(卡方检验P<0.01).结论 根据肝细胞癌细胞核与细胞浆平均面积比值不同,进行肝细胞癌分级,有助于指导临床治疗和估计肿瘤的恶生潜能,以判断预后.

[Abstract] Objective To investigate mean area ratio between nuclens and cytoplasm of hepatocellular carcinomas. Methods Mean area ratios of nuclens and cytoplasm of each grade of hepatocellular carcinomas were measured by using true color microscopic medical image analysis meater in 238 clinical cases. Results Mean area pation of nuclens and cytoplasm had significant differentation in each grade of hepatocellular carcinoma(P < 0.01) .Conclusion Hepatocellular carcinomas can be classified based on mean area ratios of nuclens and cytoplasm, This is helpful for guiding clinical treament, estimaing malignant potential of tumor and judging prognosis.
