FACING UP TO THE MARKET AND SPEEDING UP THE COURSE OF REFORMATION TO PROMOTE THE CONTINUOUS GROWTH OF OUR MINING INDUSTRY

文章分析了传统的管理体制对我国采矿业健康发展的各种不利影响,指出,为了实现我国采矿业的迅速发展,必须坚持以市场为导向,加快我国矿业管理体制的改革。文章还对如何使我国的采矿业进入以市场经济为主导的运行体制提出了一些设想,对这些改革措施将可能产生的作用和当前的改革时机等问题进行了认真的分析。

In this paper, varios unfavourable influences of the traditional system of mining management upon the development of the country's mining industry are analysed. It is pointed out that must be guided by the market and must speed up the course of reformation of our mining management system, in order to achieve rapid development of our mining industry. Ideas are presented about how to bring our mining industry into the orbit led by market economy. possible effects of such measures, opportunities for reformation at the present time etc. are seriously analysed.
