摘要
目的 研究不同类型乳腺癌的双功超声声象图和病理特点.方法 对比分析22例乳腺癌双功超声检查结果及术后病理类型.结果 不同病理类型的肿瘤具有不同的声象图特点,肿瘤血管随肿瘤增大而增多,大多数肿瘤表现高速低阻力型血流频谱.结论 双功超声检查有助于乳腺癌的定性诊断及血流动力学改变的显示.
ve To study the character of breast cancer with Double Doppler ultrasound and patho-logical results .Mathods 22 cases of breast cancer were underwent DDus examination, the ultrasound characterswere analysed comparatively with pathological results .Results The different pathological breast cancer has differ-ent sonogram. The number of blood vessels of tumor increases with tumor enlargement. The vessels of tumor havespectrum of high speed and low resistance. Conclusion DDus is helpful for the diagnosis of breast cancer and for thedetecting hemodynamic modification of vessels.
