家犬暴发性肝衰竭模型的制备 被引量:1

摘要 为制备家犬暴发性肝功能衰竭(FHF)模型,采用静脉注射含30%乙酰氨基酚的二氨基亚枫溶液0.6ml/kg和皮下注射含40%四氯化碳的橄榄油0.6ml/kg。第9小时重复给药,但剂量减半。结果其一般表现、生化检验、血浆氨基酸分析等均符合肝昏迷的表现,肝脏形成的以小叶为中心的大块肝坏死病变进一步明确为FHF的特征性病理变化。本法简便,使肝毒药物的用量大大减少,成功率为90%,形成FHF的平均时间为43.5小时。
