摘要
我院1980年至1994年共收治急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)103例,其中老年ARF 41例(39.9％),青壮年及老年前期ARF 62例(60.1％)。重症感染、中毒及术后为老年ARF的常见病因。65％老年ARF患有一种或多种慢性系统性疾病,这可能是导致老年ARF恢复慢,死亡率较高的因素之一。感染不仅是老年ARF的首要病因,同时也是其主要死亡原因。我们认为积极预防和控制感染是减少老年ARF发病率、提高其生存率的关键。
A total of 103 patients with acute renal failure(ARF) were studied, in which 41 cases(39.9%) were elderly and 62 cases (60.1%) were relative younger. The results showed that severe infection, nephrotoxication, post-operation were most common causes in elderly ARF. 65% elderly ARF had suffered from one or more chronic systemic diseases that may lead to longer recovery and higher mortality in the elderly as compared to the younger. Infection was not only the main cause of elderly ARF but also was the main cause of death. It is believed that aggressive prevention and treatment of infection may decrease the incidence and mortality rate in elderly ARF.
