摘要
本文采用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)技术观察90例椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)患者和50例正常人。90例VBI患者TCD异常达54.4％,其中30例基底动脉血流速度异常,19例椎动脉血流速度异常。TCD比传统的脑电阻图有诸多优势,并指导临床用药和估计血管异常的预后。因此,TCD对研究VBI有重要作用。
The authors studied 90 patients with vertebral-basilar arterial blood flow insufficiency (VBI) disease and 50 normal persons. Transcranial Doppler (TCD) showed 49/90 abnormal cases (54.4%), there were 30 cases of basilar (BA) and 19 cases of vertebral (VA). The TCD is recommended for diagnosis and treatment.
