老年肾癌的临床特点

CLINICAL FEATURES OF RENAL CANCER IN THE AGED.

本文对我院1981年至1994年间收治的40例老年肾癌进行临床分析。结果:老年人肾癌典型三联征(腹块、血尿、腰痛)仅7.5％,无症状性肾癌为17.5％。首发症状仍以血尿、腹块为主。老年肾癌误诊率15％,肾B超检查是诊断无症状性肾癌的重要方法。尽管老年人并存疾病多,但肾癌根治性手术仍为其重要的治疗手段。

The results showed that only 7.5 percent of the elderly patients with renal cancer had the typical triple manifestations of abdominal mass, the typical triple manifestations of abdominal mass, hematocytuna and lumbago and 17.5% patients had not any symptoms related to renal earner. The predominant symptoms of renal cancer in the aged were hematocyturia and abdominal mass. The misdiagnostic rate of renal cancer in the aged was 15%. Renal type B ultrasonic examination was an important test in early diagnosis of renal canetr without any symptoms. Althongh the elderly patients always suffered from other concomitant diseases, radical nephrectomy was an important method in treating renal cancer in the aged.
