老年人鼻衄辨治八法——附64例临床分析

EIGHT METHODS OF SYMPTOM-SIGN DIFFERENTIATION AND TREATMENT FOR SENILE EPISTAXIS——Clinical analysis of 64 cases.

本文报告了老年人鼻衄辨治八法:1、疏风解表止衄法,2、清热凉血止衄法,3、平肝降火止衄法,4、益气健脾止衄法,5、育阴养血止衄法,6、活血化瘀止衄法,7、通下泄热止衄法,8、温补肾阳止衄法。根据中西医结合辨证加减清热止衄汤治疗老年人鼻衄64例临床应用,总有效率为87.5％。

According to the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of overall analysis of illness and patient's general condition, eight methods of sympton-sign differentiation for the senile epistaxis and eight special prescriptions were designed. Sixty four cases of senile epistaxis were differentiated respectively into the eight symptom-sign groups, and were treated with the special decoction ( with plus or minus drug components ). Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were used in combination. The total effectiveness is 87.5%.
