作业场地是作业者进行操作的场所。本文通过对上海治金企业的工伤事故和损伤原因的调研，提出了作业场地布置的必要性。文章重点运用人机学的基本原理对作业场地进行宜人化、安全性和舒适性设计，介绍了作业场地布置的基本原则、理论基础、具体方法和设计参数，对于提高工矿企业的工作效率、降低事故率具有一定的指导意义。

Active workings are operating places of workers.We have surveyed the industrial accident and harm reason of metallurgical industry of Shanghai,relates to the necessity of active workings arranged.The paper designed active workings with the principle of ergonomics and concert safety convenient comfortable.Basic principle concrete method base of theory and design factor on the active workings arranged is introduced in the paper.Some achievements obtained are of a certain referential significance for reducing industrial accidents and raising working efficiency of factories mines and other enterprises.
