The Design of a New Personal Administration Information System Catering to the Needs of Enterprises

提高劳动人事管理工作效率的有效途径就是实现劳动人事管理的计算机化。本文作者经过２年的努力，研制出一套融人事、工资、劳动保险、劳动合同和住房等管理为一体的新型的劳动人事管理信息系统软件。该软件在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下用ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ语言及Ａｃｃｅｓｓ数据库编制而成，具有功能强、界面美观、操作方便、可扩充性好和运行可靠稳定等特点，并可单机或网上运行，是一套较为理想的人事管理软件。根据应用本软件的企业反映，使用本软件后，企业的人事管理工作效率提高近１０倍，使企业的基础管理工作得到很大的改善。

Applying computer to personal administration is an effective method that promote efficiency of personal administration.The authors spent two years for working out a new software about labor contract and housing problem.The software was made with visual basic language and access data base under the environment of Windows 3.1.It has many advantages such as good performance, beautiful interface,convenient operation,excellent extended properties and high reliability,and can be used in single computer or in computer network.According to the information returned by the companies,the efficiency of personal administration will be promoted about 10 times after using the software,which greatly improve the basic management work of the companies.
