摘要
文章概述了X(低)效率理论的内涵,基本假设与命题;进一步对我国企事业单位X(低)效率的原因进行了分析。根据理论与实践的探索,提出了建立激励机制以提高X效率,降低X低效率的具体设想:建立有效激励机制的推拉理论,建立7个有效激励制度;权变地实施有效激励制度。
This paper explains the x(Low) efficiency theory about its conception, basic hypothesis and propositions.The author has done some analysis on causes of low efficiency in enterprises.The research was to discuss how to establish motivation mechanism in modern enterprise system to increase X efficiency.Based on motivation theory of Push and Pull,we have proposed Seven Effective Motivation System.Effectiveness and perfect of some hypothesis was supported by the results of case analysis.
