机场紧急情况处理系统的设计

飞机失事大多是灾难性的,因此,建立具有快速响应和处理能力的机场紧急情况处理系统就很有必要,而目前我国尚未有一个机场建立这样的系统。本文阐述了机场可能出现的10种紧急情况,并提出机场紧急情况处理系统应由紧急情况警示、快速响应、事故控制与处理。

Every year some aviation accidents may take place in the world due to the existence of some factors such as harsh climate,violence and operating slip.Because most of aviation accidents are disastrous,it is very necessary to set up airport emergency operations system which has capacity of quick response and excellent operation.There is no such system at present in China.This paper describes ten sorts of the energency which may occur in the airport,and puts forward that airport energency operations system is composed of emergency warning subsystem,quick response subsystem,accident controlling subsystem,accident investigating subsystem and recovery subsystem.The paper also discusses the frame and function of the subsystems The research results of the paper are very significant for airport to set up airport emergency operations system.
