摘要
本文根据大量的现场统计和实测资料,从采煤工艺角度分析了综采工作面诸因素与产量的关系,认为在我国应积极采用由中部斜切进刀衍生而来的端部斜切进刀、单向割煤、往返割一刀煤的采煤机进刀方式,得出了最佳工作面采高为3.0~3.3m,工作面长度为160~165m,走向长度为1000~1600m;讨论了影响综采设备潜能发挥的技术因素,并对如何提高综采面单产和装备水平问题进行了探讨。
Based on a lot of both statistic and measured data in-situ the paper analyzed the factors related to the output of fully mechanized face in the view of mining technology. It showed that in China we had better adopt inclined sumping of shearer at the face end instead of that at the middle of the face. With this method the coal cutting of shearer at face is unidirectional. It is obtained that the optimal mining height is 3.0-3.3m, face width is 160-165m, and the strike length is 1000-1600m. Moreover, the technical factors influencing the full play of potentiality of face equipment were discussed.
