摘要
高精度密纹滤网具有独特的优点及广泛的应用前景,但由于编织结构复杂,其过滤精度一般采用平面投影的简化方法计算,误差较大。本文在分析研究现有资料的基础上,对高过滤精度的密纹网进行了分析研究,按实际三维空间的编织结构得出了较接近真实网孔尺寸的绝对过滤精度计算公式,为更合理地设计实验和使用高精度密纹滤网提供了可靠的依据。
Dutch wire weave filter cloth has many distinctive advantages over other types of filtering material, and owns wide application in various industries. Owing to the complicated geometrical construction, the existing method for detemining its filtering precision is rather rough. Based on a comprehensive analysis and study, the paper offers a theoretical approach to evaluating the filtering precision of such type filter cloth. The formulae derived are more accurate and exact, and can lead to a better design and selection of Dutch wire weave filter cloth with high accuracy.
