摘要 选择45~74岁、绝经1~25年的妇女61例,对照组28例。用具有雌激素样活性的中药丹参酮治疗,对照组用尼尔雌醇治疗,同时补充钙剂。分别于治疗前后检测血清雌二醇(E2)血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、骨钙素(BGP)、尿钙(U-Ca)尿肌酐(U-Cr)及尿羟脯氨酸(U-Hpr)。结果表明:治疗组服药后AKP、BGP、尿Ca/Cr及Hpr/Cr明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。E2治疗前后无差异。提示丹参酮和尼尔雌醇均有抑制骨吸收及降低骨转换率延缓或阻断绝经后快速骨丢失的作用。 In order to search a safe and effective drug for preventing osteoporosis after menopause,we chose the keto-salvia miltiorrhiza supplemented with calcium,which is a Chinese herb with estrogenlike activity,and observed its effects.Sxty-one women at menopause for 1-25 years,aged between 45-74,without the history of liver,kidney and endocrinal metabolic diseases were chosen. Control group consisted of 28 cases.Treatment group: Chinese herb keto-salvia miltiorrhiza tablets, containing 270 mg per tablet, were administered three times a day, two tablets each time,continued for 20 days.Caltrate D which contains 600 mg calcium and vitamine D 125u, 1 tablet per day,was administered together with keto-salvia miltiorrhiza for 90 days.Control group:Nylestriol 2. 0 mg once every 2 weeks. CaltrateD was administered as the same as for the treatment group.Keto-salvia miltiorrhiza is an extract from salvia miltiorrhiza Bange with numerous componentsof salvia miltiorrhiza,having the character of mild estrogen-like activity comparable to E2.E2, AKP, BGP, U-Ca, U-Cr, U-Hpr in the blood were measured to indicate osseous absorption and transformation before and after the treatment.The results showed that AKP,BGP, U-Ca/Cr,U-Hpr/Cr were significantly lower than those before treatment, which were measured 90 days after termination of treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05 ).The above indices also decreased in the control group after treatment. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0. 05).The average E2 levels after 90 days of treatment for the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference.The results show that both keto-salvia miltiorriza and nylestriol have the effects of inhibiting osseous absorption,decreasing bone formation rate,delaying or preventing quick bone lose after menopause as indicated by the fact that AKP,BGP in blood and U-Ca/Cr,Hpr/Ca are significantly lower than those before treatment.Although the level of E2 after treatment is a little lower than that before treatment,this result has no statistical significance. So, it is not by change of E2 that the effect of decreasing bone lose and regulating bone metabolism is realized when the patiens are treated with keto-salvia miltiorrhiza or nylestriol. The change of E2 level only reflects the process of degeneration of ovary after menopause.
