老年髋部骨折患者骨密度阈值的初步探讨 被引量:19

摘要 作者收集39例60岁以上髋部骨折病人作为病例组,其中男17例,女22例。另选80例60岁以上正常老年人作为对照组。其中男女各40例。采用双能量骨密度仪分别测定其脊柱及髋部各部位的骨密度值。测量结果表明无论是脊柱还是髋部,骨折组骨密度均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。其中髋部Ward’s三角区骨密度下降最为明显。骨折组Ward’s三角区BMD值平均为0.4888±0.1108。作者提出对高危人群进行普查,如发现髋部Ward’s三角区BMD值低于0.5g/cm2时,对其采取治疗及保护措施是十分必要的。 Thirty-nine elderly people (17 males and 22 females) with and 80 (40 males and 40 females) without hip fracture were studied. The average ages were 74. 1 and 69.4 years respectively. The bone mineral density (BMD) of the hip and spine were measured by DXA. It was found that BMD in hip or in spine was lower in the fracture group than that in the non-fracture group (P<0.01). Especially,the BMD in Ward's triangle areas was the lowest among all other parts. The mean BMD was 0.4888±0.1108g/cm2 in the fracture group, suggesting that it is necessary to take therapeutic and preventive measures for those people with BMD in Ward's triangle areas lower than 0.5g/cm2. However, further accumulating and summarizing data are needed to determine whether the 0.5g/cm2 serves as a threshold for prediction of hip fracture.
