摘要
畜禽骨骼中含丰富的蛋白质和矿物质元素,尤其钙的含量高,钙磷比值适宜。本实验用新鲜猪长骨和肋骨,经破碎、研磨制成鲜骨糊,再经烘干、碾细、制成骨糊粉,添加到膳食中。实验动物选用Wistar刚断乳的雄性大白鼠28只,按体重配对随机分成4组。实验期4周。实验表明,低钙膳食中添加骨糊,可显著增加肠钙吸收量(P<0.05),提高股骨灰分绝对含量(P<0.01)、骨矿盐含量(灰分重/干重)(P<0.01)和骨矿盐密度(灰分重/体积)(P<0.05)。结果表明,低钙摄入时补充骨糊能改善人体钙的营养。
the bone of animals contains rich protein and minerals. The concentrations of calcium and phosphoRus are high, Ca:Pratio being adequate .Fresh animal bone was broken into pieces, grinded into bone paste, which Was added into the low Ca diet and normal Ca diet of rats to observe the nutrition value of it.Wistar rats were divided into four groups. Each group consisted of 7male rats of 4 weeks old ,weighing 50-70g. Group Ⅰwas maintained on a diet with normal concentrations of Ca and P(Ca 0.73%,P0.82%,wt/wt).Group Ⅱwas maintained on low Ca,P diet (Ca 0.37%,P 0.55% ,wt/wt.)Group Ⅲ(Ca 0.72%,P 0.74%)had a diet with added 3.8%dried bone powder on the basis of the basis of the diet in group Ⅱ.Group Ⅳhad a diet of high Ca, p concentration (Ca 1.06%,P,0.97%,wt/wt)with a 3.8% increase in driecd bone powder on the basis of the diet in group Ⅰ.The resules indicated that when the bone paste was added th low -Ca diet ,the calcium of bone paste coule be Better absorbed by rats (P<0.05 ),and the sah eright ,mineralcontent (ash /dried weight )and mineral density (ash /volume )in femur were increased significantly (P<0.05=,while alkaline photphatase remained normal .The results of this study showed that when the bone paste was added into the low -Ca diet,the calcium nutrition of rats could be improved .
