摘要
为了给腹壁下动脉用于冠状动脉旁路术提供解剖资料,对40具成人尸体的腹壁下动脉乃冠状动脉进行了观测。腹壁下动脉在起始处,与腹直肌外缘相交处和脐下1.0cm处,外径分別为2.8,2.2,2.0mm。腹壁下动脉平均长(起点—脐下1.0cm)为16.5cm,用于游离移植足以桥接主动脉与任何冠状动脉分支。本文讨论了腹壁下动脉在旁路术中的应用。
The inferior epigastric artery and coronary artery were investigated on 40adult cadavers by means of morphometry.Tile inferior epigastric artery was 16.5cm long and 2.8mm in outer diameter at its commencement,being large and longenough for coronary bypass.Applications of the graft are discussed.
