比目鱼肌内侧肌瓣逆行转位的应用解剖

Applied anatomy for reverse transfer of medial half of the soleus

在35侧成人下肢标本上观察了比目鱼肌的形态、血供和神经支配。血供主要来自胫后动脉和腓动脉的分支,从多肌的上1/3和中1/3段入肌;神经由上1/3入肌。行该肌内侧纵切2.2～2.5cm可保留肌动脉于外侧。纵行逆转最低点为内髁突出点上方10cm,内有2条动脉,外径0.8mm。临床已应用23例。

To provide anatomical data concerning the shape,blood supply and nerve in-nervation of the soleus for reverse transfer,35 adult cadavers were dissected.The broad flat muscle is supplied by arterial branches from the posterior tibialand fibular arteries,which enter the muscle at the upper or middle portion.Twonerve branches from the tibial nerve are distributed to the muscle.Clinically,asthe dominant artery is situated in the lateral half,a piece of muscle,2.2-2.5cmin width,can be taken from the medial half of the muscle and reversely transfe-rred upon a turning point 10cm above the lateral malleolus.This technique hasbeen performed on 23 patients with satisfactory results.
