摘要
为了探讨中华麦饭石对诱癌大鼠γ-干扰素和NK细胞活性的作用,给Wistar大鼠皮下每周注射二甲肼20mg/kg体重共15周诱导大肠癌,同时饮用10%中华麦饭石浸液27周,在实验第8周、16周和27周分别用常规微板法和同位素释放法检测大鼠血中γ-干扰素滴度和脾NK细胞活性。结果显示,中华麦饭石不仅能升高大鼠大肠癌发生前期和早期的γ-干扰素滴度和脾NK细胞活性(P<0.001),而且能升高大肠癌晚期大鼠的γ-干扰素滴度和脾NK细胞活性。其作用机制可能与其富含的微量元素有关。
To probe the effects of China medical stone (CMS) on gamma interferon and splenic NK cell activity in rats with carcinogan induced cancer, Wistar rats were injected subcutanenously with dimethylhydrazine, 20mg/kg/week, for 15 weeks to induce colorectal carcinoma, and treated with orally administored 10% ageous extract of CMS for 27 weeks. Serum gamma interferon and splenic NK cell activity were detected by routine micro-plate method and isotopic release method respecctively in the 8th week (prophase of carcinogenesis)and 16th week (early stage of carcinogenesis) and 27th week (late stage of colorectal careinom). The results revealed CMS could elevate serum gamma interferon titers and enhance splenic NK cell activity not only in the prophase and early stage of carcinogenesis (P<0.001), but also in late stage of colorectal carcinoma. (P<0.001). The enhancement of immune function might be correlated with trace elements which CMS contains.
