摘要 在14侧新鲜尸体足底局部解剖标本上,观察了小趾展肌神经的发出位置及毗邻关系,对选择性切断小趾展肌神经治疗顽固性足跟痛症作了应用解剖研究。并讨论了临床应用要点,10例13侧的顽固性足跟痛选择性切断小趾展肌神经的效果满意。 The origin and syntopie of abductor nerve of little toe were observed on 14sides of fresh cadaveric foot specimens.Selective neurotomy of the nerve wasapplied for the treatment of intractable calcanneodynia in 13 cases of patients.Satisfactory results were achieved.
