摘要
应用淋巴管的组织内注射法对20例家兔卵巢的淋巴引流方式进行了研究。发现家兔卵巢除存在着主要的淋巴引流通路外,还存在着附加的引流通路。当阻断主要通路后,附加通路的数目增加。推测卵巢恶性肿瘤的盆腔淋巴结转移与附加的引流通路有关。
The lymph drainage pattern of rabbit overies was studied by way of lymphatic injection,Inaddition to the known main drainage ways some occult lymph channels were found.When themain routes are blocked,the occult channels will increase in number.It seems that the occultchannels may be linked with the pelvic metastasis of overian malignant tumors.
