摘要 用 ABS 作铸型剂,对家兔大网膜乳斑区、脂肪区和薄膜区微血管构筑用扫描电镜进行了观察。结果表明家兔大网膜乳斑区毛细血管丛密度高、层次丰富,呈海绵状几乎完全充满乳斑区。脂肪区毛细血管丛亦较密集,呈网络状,多单层分布。薄膜区毛细血管稀疏,形成大网眼的毛细血管网。在乳斑区、脂肪区和薄膜区可见盲端毛细血管,作者认为它可能与侧支循环的建立,血管迅速再生有关。 Three dimensional microvascular structures in the milk spot,fat and thin membrane areas ofrabbit greater omentum were observed under scanning electron microscope with ABS casting tech-nique.Capillary plexes in the milk spot area are spongelike and usually in multilayers(2~3 oreven 4~5 layers),and capillary plexes in the fat area are netlike and only in one layer,while inthe thin membrane area,capillary plexes show up large meshes.Some capillaries in the abovethree areas of greater omentum are ending capallaries,which might be related to the building upof collateral circulation and the regeneration of blood vessels.
