摘要
本文应用微波谐振腔方法在3厘米波段测量了纯YIG和YALIG铁氧体材料系列的去磁态微波磁导率实部,得到了与E.Schlomann理论公式基本一致的结果.同时还测量了材料的一些性能参数,特别在利用趋近饱和定律和计算机拟合参数的方法测量饱和磁化强度和磁晶各向异性方面作了一些尝试.
The microwave magnetic permeability (real part) of a series of demagnetized ferrites (pure YIG and YALIG) was measured in 3cm wave band,using the microwave cavity resonator method. The data were in close conformity with E. Schlomann's theoretical results. We also measured some characteristic parameters of the materials,particularly we made an attempt to determine the saturation magnetization and anisotropic onstant by using the law of approaching saturation and the computer fitting process.
