摘要
在80例成人尸体上观察了面动脉与下颌下腺的位置关系并作了分型。其中面动脉经下颌下腺深面和上缘者46.3%;面动脉穿入下颌下腺实质者46.3%。85%的面动脉在下颌下腺后份接近或穿入腺体实质。依据面动脉与下颌下腺的关系,对下颌下腺脓肿切开引流术和下颌下腺切除术,提供有关的应用解剖学。
Dissected on 80 adult cadavers,the facial artery was found to pass beneath or superiorly tothe submandibular gland in 46.3% of the cases.In another 46.3% the artery passed through thegland.In most cases,the artery had a close relation with the posterior part of the gland.Theanatomical relations may be useful in the surgery of mandibular gland.
