腹壁下动脉组织学观察及其临床意义

Histological studies of inferior epigastric artery

腹壁下动脉游离移植已用于冠脉旁路术。用组织学方法观测了10条腹壁下动脉,结果表明,腹壁下动脉壁的营养血管仅存在于外膜,未穿入中层。这一结果提示动脉中层营养完全来自管腔内血液渗透,说明用腹壁下动脉作游离移植不会使动脉壁发生缺血损伤,进一步证实腹壁下动脉游离移植适用于冠脉旁路术。

Free inferior epigastric artery graft has been used for coronary bypass.In the present study,ten inferior epigastric artery were histologically examined.The histological studies demonstratedthat the vasa vasorum were confined to the advenntitia and did not penetrate the media of the in-ferior epigastric artery.These observation indicates that the media is nourished entirely from thelumen and suggests that harvesting the inferior epigastric as a free graft would not cause ischemicinjury to the wall of artery.Therefore,the inferior epigastric artery is suitable for coronary by-pass.
