摘要
对国际海上人命安全公约 (SOLAS公约 )第Ⅱ 2章中新增的局部水基灭火系统及其整个系统的技术要求和性能试验要求作了介绍 ,并提出了几个需要注意的问题供设计部门参考。
The Fixed Water based Fire fighting System, which is a new requirement in the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea(SOLAS), as well as the requirements of the technique and performance test for this system are introduced in this paper. Several problems that need more attention are presented in this paper for the references of the desing department to meet the requirements.
