摘要
198 2年我国研制出铝 钢过渡接头 ,1990年用于船舶结构设计、施工并获得成功。经过近 10年来的推广应用 ,有多家船厂批量地建造了几型小艇 ,总数达百余艘。本文以热传导理论为基础 ,对铝 钢过渡接头进行截面优化设计 ,推荐铝 钢过渡接头铝层厚度约为 8mm ,重量约为 2kg/m ,较进口铝 钢过渡接头重量节省 5 0 %以上。本文同时给出铝合金上层建筑围壁与钢船体连接采用的结构形式。
Based on the theory of thermal transmission, the optimal design of the section of the Al St transition joint is carried out. It is recommended that the thickness of the Aluminum layer of the joint is about 8mm, the weight is about 2 kg/m, saving more than 50% meterial compared with the imported joint. The structural form is given of the connection between the Aluminum superstructure casing wall and the steel hull.
