氧氟沙星随机对照治疗细菌性感染的临床评价

RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED CLINICAL TRIAL OF OFLOXACIN TREATMENT ON BACTERIAL INFECTIONS

氧氟沙星是一种新的氟喹喏酮类广谱抗菌药物,具有抗菌谱广,抗菌作用强,半衰期长,不良反应小等特性,是目前临床治疗各系统感染安全有效的一个品种。本项研究用国产氧氟沙星与对照药头孢拉定、诺氟沙星进行随机对照临床试验,剂量分别为:氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星200-400mg,头孢拉定1-2g,每天二次口服,疗程7-14d。氧氟沙星与头孢拉定对照治疗呼吸道及皮肤软组织感染各18例,痊愈显效率分别为94.4和83.3%,细菌消除率分别为94.1和78.6%。氧氟沙星与诺氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染各20例,痊愈显效率分别为95和80%,细菌消除率分别为100和80%。二组试验药与对照药统计处理均无显著性差异,试验药氧氟沙星共治疗38例,痊愈显效率为94.7%,细菌消除率为97.1%,不良反应发生率为2.63%。

Ofloxacin is a new broad-spectrum fluroquinolones, it has the most active agent andthe least adverse drug reactions in comparison with other quinolones. Ofloxacin is one of the useful drugs inthe treatment of respiratory tract and urinary tract infections. as well as other systemic infections. A ran-domized controlled clinical trial on oral ofloxacin compared with both cephradine and norfloxacin, wasconducted. 38 patients were treaed with ofloxacin. The dosage and therapeutic duration were as follows:ofloxacin and nor floxacin 200-400 mg, cephradine 1-2 g, twice daily orally for 7-14 days. In thetreatment of respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue infections, the cure rate plus excellence rate of ofloxacin(18 patients) and cephradine (18 patients) were 94.4% and 83.3% respectively, the bacterial clearancerate of the two groups were 91.1% and 78.6% respectively. 40 patients with urinary tract infections wererandomized to receive either ofloxacin (20 patients) or norfloxacin (20 patients). The cure plus excellencerate of the two groups were 95% and 80% respectively, the bacteral clearance rate of the two groups was100% and 80%. There was no statistical difference between ofloxacin and controls. The overall clinicalefficacy rate of ofloxacin was 94.7% and bacteral clearance rate was 97.1%, the adverse drug reaction ofofloxacin was 2.63%.
