摘要药物治疗学的发展使人们得知:许多药物在体内所产生的效应不是由剂量而是由血药浓度决定的。但药物效应与血药浓度的关系不是直接的、简单的,这是因为: 1.药效与血药浓度并不呈平行变化,而药效常存在一定的滞后; 2.
