降钙素鼻喷剂治疗骨质疏松症骨痛的初步疗效观察

The first report of the treatment of bone pain associated with osteoporosis using the miacalcic nasal spray

作者对２０例经过胸腰椎Ｘ线摄片及双能骨密度测定证实为骨质疏松症的骨痛患者采用降钙素鼻喷剂治疗取得满意疗效。其中女性１８例，男性２例，平均年龄６３．４岁。治疗剂量为５０ＩＵ鼻喷１次／天，持续４周～３月不等，同时补充钙剂。本组病人显效６例占３０％，有效１３例占６５％，无效１例占５％，总有效率为９５％。起效时间为用药后１～２周，以后日趋明显。短期应用降钙素不能提高脊柱及髋部的骨密度，但对骨质疏松症引起的骨痛具有良好的镇痛效果。

Bone pain associated with osteoporosis is very common disease in the orthopaedic field.During the past two years,20 patients with bone pain which caused by osteoporosis had been treated with the miacalcic of nasal spray in our hospital. The BMD which measured by DEXA before the treatment in all patients were lower than that of the normal people. In this study group,there are 18 female and 2 male,The age ranged from 45 to 80 years old,and the average age was 63.4 years. The treatment dose of miacalcic was 50IU per day and it lasted from 4 weeks to 3 months.Calcium supplement was also necessary during the treatment period.The good results had been achieved with 6 cases of excellent,13 patients gained good results and only 1 case failed.The relief of bone pain usually began at the first one or two weeks of the treatment,but no significant BMD increase had been found,even after 3 months treatment. It could be concluded that the miacalcic of nasal spray is very effective for relieveing the bone pain.
