摘要
本文用核素心血池显像(SPECT)与超声心动图(UCG)两种方法分别测定21例老年冠心病患者和18例相似年龄健康老年人左心室功能。结果表明:(1)健康老年人的PFR低于正常值。老年冠心病患者的PFR、1/3FR、相角程、LVEF比健康老年人下降更为明显(P值分别<0.001,<0.001,<0.01,<0.05)。(2)比较LVEF值,发现SPECT方法测左心室功能更为灵敏。
SPECT and UCG were used to study left ventricular function in 21 elderly coronary heart disease patients and 18 healthy elders of a group at similar age. The results showed that:(l)PFR in healthy elders is lower than normal value,and PFR, 1/3FR, phase angle,LVEF in elderly coronary heart disease patients descend more obviously (P<0. 001 ,<0. 001, <0. 01 ,<0. 05 respectively). (2)LVEF with SPECT is more sensitive to left ventricular function than that with UCG.
