摘要 研究了桉木化学机械浆制浆过程中的预处理条件对纸浆物理性能及漂白性能的影响,并对改善桉木化机浆质量性能的途径进行了探索。结果表明加强药液对木片的预浸渍,可提高纸浆白度和纸浆中磺酸基含量。采用两段NaOH—Na2SO3预处理方法可提高纸浆强度、白度及可漂性能。 The effects of chemical pretreatment with NaOH-Na2SO3 on the physical properties and bleaching responses of eucalyptus chemi-mechanical pulp(CMP) were investigated, and approaches to promote CMP quality had also been studied. Results obtained showed that using NaOH in the pulping stage might promote the physical properties of the pulp, but would bring about strong impact on pulping yield and pulp brighteness. When the amount of NaOH added increased to a certain extent, pulp brightness suffered drastic lowering and the pulp could not be readily bleached to a high brightness even with H2O2. More thorough preimpregnation of chips would be favourable for brightness. The importance of better pre-impregnation should not be overlooked. A stage NaOH-Na2SO3 pretreatment proved to be more flexible and favorable to both pulp strength and bleachability. Recycling of residual pretreatment liquid was also studied in this work.
