摘要
通过对八一锰矿24m^2烧结机生产自然碱度锰烧结矿转为生产高氧化镁烧结矿的实践,基本解决了烧结矿贮存粉化的问题。为了增加烧结矿产量,提高高炉入炉熟料比以及改善高炉各项经济技术指标,拟对烧结工艺流程与关键设备进行技术改造。
Through the production practice of changing native basicity manganese sinter into high mgo sinter,they have solved the problem of sinter degradation in storage. And technical modernization for sintering flowsheet and retrofitting for key equipments are propsed as well.
