摘要
桃江锰矿三期选矿原流程为4—0mm入强磁选,投产后矿石过粉碎严重,回收率低,1990年通过试验引进CS-2型强磁选机,将入选粒度扩大到10—0mm,流程改进后,在精矿品位基本相近的情况下,锰回收率提高3%以上,生产成本下降10%。
In original flowsheet for Phase-3 of the Taojiang Manganese Mine's operation, 4-Omm feed should be enter the high intensity magnetic separation stage. However,due to its ore overgrinding,the recovery was low. In 1990.the flowsheet was modified by introducing a CS-2 high intensity magnetic separator,increasing its feed size range to 10-Omm. Using the new flowsheet,manganese recovery can be increased by 3% and production cast can be reduced by 10% while concentrate grade remained approximately unchanged.
